A inch and a half down and some flavor shifts start to happen. The draw still is fairly snug and is still requiring a double puff. The draw still has the creamy cedar texture and flavor accompanied by the black pepper flavor and tingle as before. The finish switches back and forth from draw to draw to a creamy cedar and pepper and a dark bakers chocolate. The chocolate is sweet and creamy and takes over all the other flavors till the next draw. The body is now at a medium and the burn line is still perfect.
Three inches down and some more shifts happen on the finish. The draw has finally loosened up and is now only requiring one draw. The creamy cedar and black pepper flavor are on the draw. The pepper tingle sensation no longer is present. The finish has a creamy texture and flavor along with the cedar. The bakers chocolate is no longer dominating but is still there mixing with a leather note. The cigar is now at a medium to full body and the burn has never required any attention and is still razor sharp.
Now with one and a half inches left the cigar is starting to get warm and mushy. The bakers chocolate and black pepper flavor and tingle sensation have taken over the draw and finish and the smoke is now at a solid full body. Finally at the 1 hour and 37 minute mark I sat the cigar in the ashtray for the final time. This cigar was excellent and I am lucky enough to have found a five pack of them. I highly recommend them!
