Arturo Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum R 52

Today we have the Arturo Fuente Rosado Sun grown Magnum R 52.  It has a medium brown slightly boxed pressed wrapper.  There are a few visible veins and invisible seems.  It comes in at 5 X 52.  At first light, the draw is a little snug but is producing adequate smoke output.  The draw has some subtle black pepper flavor and tingle sensation along with a semi sweet cedar.  The finish fades fairly quickly and is at a mild to medium in body.  The finish continues the same flavors as the draw with the sweet cedar dominating until the next draw.  The burn through the first inch is razor sharp.

Two inches down and and the draw still remains slightly snug.  Smoke output is down slightly and the flavors have become a little muted.  The draw still has subtle black pepper flavor and tingle sensation on the palate. On the finish the sweet cedar still is the main flavor until a tangy leather comes in just before the flavors fade away.  The burn is still doing fine.  Hopefully the smoke out put comes back up and the flavors recover.  the body is still at a mild to medium

Now, just over two inches down and the draw has opened up completely.  Its now producing a good amount of smoke and because of this the flavors have come up in body.  The draw has dropped the black pepper flavor and tingle sensation and is now dominated by the sweet cedar.  The finish is now a more flavorful and tangy leather with a semi sweet coco note coming in late on the finish.  The burn is still doing well, not requiring any attention.  The overall body is now up to a solid medium and the flavors continue on the palate till the next draw.

With a inch and a half left the flavors start to get warm and cigar is pretty mushy.  The cedar has dropped the sweetness and now has a burned characteristic to it.  The leather is still there on the finish but is warm and slightly bitter.  I sat the cigar down in the ash tray for the last time at the 1 hour an 2 minute mark.  Overall, this cigar gets my recommendation.  Its not a everyday cigar or a cigar I would pull out to celebrate with but it is definitely worth smoking.
