L'Atelier LAT 52

The L'Atelier Lat 52 is a beautiful looking cigar with a pig tail cap and a caramel looking wrapper leaf.  it comes in at 4.7 X52. After lighting I get a big kick of spice and a sweetness that developed into what i would call a light caramel.  It was a very good flavor balancing nicely with the spice.  The flavor lasted well into each draw and was a very nice dessert like smoking experience.

Smoking a little further down the cigar really blossoms into a medium bodied dessert delight.  The burn stays straight and has no waves.  The caramel starts to come to the forefront.  after a few more puffs  the cigar adds a bit of cedary wood.  when the caramel and the wood flavors meet up it starts to come out as a dark chocolate, or a bakers chocolate.  The flavor is subtle but is present.  Nearing the half way point the sweetness is all but gone but the spice and cedar really come up and hit you with flavor.

The last third of the cigar brings out a chard tobacco flavor with more spice.  the sweetness starts to go away and the spice flavor and burning sensation really starts to pick up.

Burn Time: 1 hour.
Construction: Excellent, straight
Flavor: Dessert like and cedary
Rating from 1-100....
