Just over an inch down and not much has changed. The draw has loosened a little bit and is producing even more smoke output. The draw has seen the black pepper tinge sensation on the palate increase slightly. The creamy cedar has become sweeter on the finish. The body is pushing medium to full. The burn remains wavy and did require a minor touch up.
Just over three inches down and a leather note has entered on the finish. Its a nice addition to the black pepper and sweet creamy cedar. The body is still medium to full. The burn has unfortunately needed several more touch ups and has become a nuisance. Other than that nothing has changed the entire length of the cigar so far.
With just over an inch to go I sat the cigar down for the last time at the 1 hour and 12 minute mark. The cigar started to get warm and mushy and a burnt tobacco note was all that remained. Overall, this cigar had nice flavor but it left me wanting more from it. It was fairly consistent in terms of flavor all the way through and did get kind of boring. The burn was a problem and did require several touch ups that were frustrating. For a $14.00 cigar I would have expected more transitions and better construction.
