Nearly one and a half inches down and the cigar is impressing me. On the draw the spice flavor and intensity is still present along with the syrupy sweetness. The finish still has the coco and cedar notes. There is a musty leather note that is now present and quite enjoyable. The spicy flavor is now present on the finish as well rounding out the flavors nicely. The flavor remain extremely smooth and creamy. The burn and draw are still flawless.
Two inches down and some more flavors come in on the finish. The draw stays consistent with the spiciness and syrupy cedar. The finish flavor starts out with the coco which moves to the musty leather. A roasted coffee comes in and out every few draws. All the while the spiciness rounds out all the flavors at the end. The cigar is quite complex but balanced. The body is now medium to full. The burn and draw are still performing excellent.
Now with an inch and a half left the flavors have become warm. The remaining flavor is the leather and the spiciness which is now overwhelming the palate. I sat the cigar down at the 57 minute mark. Over all this was a fantastic cigar. I will be buying these cigars for as long a they are in production!
